Badri Narayana S is a mechanical engineer graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Lean Master, IPS Practitioner, a Six Sigma black belt  and a Fellow of Sumedhas Academy for Human Context. He has worked in Sundaram Clayton Group, a TVS company for 14 years and in TTK Group for 6 years and held senior management positions. During his professional career he has hand-on industrial experience in a wide field covering Business Deployment, Policy Deployment using the X-type matrix, Project Management, New Product Development using Quality Function Deployment, Techno-Commercial Marketing, Operation Management, Facility Management and Quality Assurance Systems.

Badri is currently the Managing Director and Chief Consultant and founder member of FLAME TAO Knoware Private Limited. Over two decades he has implemented Change Management, Lean manufacturing and Lean organizational practices in a wide variety of industries like Packaging, Apparels, Aerospace, Machine Tools, Engineering, Electronics, FMCG, Food and Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Plastics, Oil and Gas Sector and Consumer durables. He has conducted sessions in QFD at IIM Bangalore, Innovation workshops in NIT Durgapur. He has developed unique maturity models in the areas of Manufacturing and Process Excellence, New Product Development and Factory Design for organizational assessment and goal alignment.  He is adept at deploying appropriate best practices through coaching and handholding to build people and process capability to meet desired goals that is sustainable by people- systemic approach leading to high performance work culture and transformation.
