Sarbari Gomes is an OD Consultant, Executive Coach (PCC) and a psychotherapist. A graduate from Calcutta University, she is an accredited trainer in Process Work and in Group Process Facilitation from ISISD, an accredited MBTI Practitioner and a Fellow of Sumedhas Academy for Human Context.  Her consulting career spans over fourteen years. Prior to her consulting career, she worked for sixteen years in ITC Limited. Her last position was Senior Manager of ITC Classic Financial Services Limited where she headed the sales and distribution efforts of retail financial products.
