ALP- ARROW - aimed at junior leadership - completes its 42nd edition 

TAO, a management consulting firm based in Chennai and Bangalore, celebrated their partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on achieving the historic milestone of executing their 100th senior leadership program ‘A Leader Prepares” (ALP-QUEST).

This milestone is a celebration of the long partnership between TAO and TCS.






The ALP-QUEST program helps senior leaders reflect on Business context in their leadership roles and introspect on the Mindsets and Traits to ready themselves for an adaptive and transformational journey ahead to power organizational growth. The program enables senior leaders to redefine their vision, conceive and deploy strategies to realise the same. ALP- ARROW, an associated program aimed at junior and mid-level leadership completes its 42nd edition as well.

TAO’s programs that are focused on culture-building and leadership, offer experiential learning with a unique blend of theatre, body-breath practices and simulations. These combine global best practices with Indian wisdom to enable operational and business excellence.
