VKL Seasonings have embarked on a journey of Navikaran meaning ‘renovation’  in their Rabale Unit.

What is Navikaran? What are the building blocks ?

This became the backdrop and the theme for a two day alignment workshop on 11th and 12th January 2017 where the entire workforce gathered to attend and participate in an experiential event that  started with lighting a lamp, chanting OM and a prayer.

asato mā sadgamaya

tamasomā jyotir gamaya

mrityormāamritam gamaya

Oṁ śhānti śhānti śhāntiḥ

From ignorance, lead me to truth;

From darkness, lead me to light;

From death, lead me to immortality

Om peace, peace, peace  .

GM of Rabale unit addressed the gathering on the importance of the program and later read out a message from MD.

The alignment session started with “Building Bonds” with a set of self explorative theatre exercises and then moving to group activities and introduction to World Class themes with tremendous participation across hierarchy.

The program went off very well and the journey is well and truly launched.
