Designing Organization Identity & Viable Culture

We believe that Organization Identity precedes Strategy, Structure and Culture. Transforming Organizations requires a lens to understanding not just the identity of the firm but the myriad of relationships that co-exist between the organization and its ecology and the individual employees within. It is critical that the diagnostic lens also become critical for co-designing the organization and enabling leadership processes that render it viable.

The EUM-O framework is critical for exploring Identity and in making the organization viable. It would enable a dialogue on strategic fitness and OD interventions.
