Goal Alignment

No one can deny the power of a shared vision; India’s independence movement is testimony to what can be accomplished by uniting people in a common goal. As an organization, what are your goals? Are they shared by the members of your organization and translated into tangible actions and processes?

The Goal Alignment series asks two concrete questions: where are you now, and where do you wish to go? We help you articulate the answers and create a roadmap to achieve your goals. We also help you detail the smaller actions, initiatives, and resources you will need to get to where you want to go.

The journey of Goal Alignment is in three phases

• Envisioning and Policy Deployment – where we create our roadmap with a definitive timeline and share it with the organization

• Intervention – where we detail processes and employ best practices to achieve our goals

• Deployment – where we establish these practices throughout different functions of the organization and monitor progress along the way
