Ajay is a seasoned learning professional with over 24 years of experience, having facilitated more than 450 programs for over 12,000 participants at Pegasus Academy and Consulting. Ajay has served as an L&D Manager (Leadership Development) at SLK Software, Bangalore. He has also worked with over 1,500 mid-level leaders through TAO Consulting. His expertise includes designing and delivering competency-based leadership development programs, assessment centers, high-performance teams, and change management initiatives for notable clients such as Accenture, Bosch, and Microsoft, TCS, Bharat Petroleum among others.

As an accredited ICF-PCC Leadership Coach, Ajay coaches CEOs and senior leaders across India and the US, focusing on self-awareness and impactful leadership. He is currently pursuing a Master's in Global Leadership at Royal Roads University, Canada. Additionally, Ajay has a rich background in Bharatanatyam dance, which he integrates into his coaching to help individuals unlock their potential and enhance their leadership within organizations.
