Cheyush holds a master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from University of East London. During the program, his research centred around occurrence of the flow state in organizational groups, also called group flow.

He started his career supporting government primary schools in rural Uttarakhand (India) through the Gandhi fellowship program. For the same, he was based in remote southern Himalayas (Bageshwar) for two years. This is where he first recognised his flow state - while facilitating learning experiences with groups.

He has been part of the people development team of India's largest education non-profit, where his role involved facilitating and designing learning experiences. He has also been a design researcher and strategist for an innovation consultancy. He has also been part of facilitating a large-scale customer centricity program for the front-line staff of Indian Railways.

He hails from Nashik and has completed his bachelors in Mass Media from Mumbai University.

Cheyush is most interested in working with ecosystems of creative problem-solvers, which include entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, changemakers, public administrators, artists, designers et al.
